To fix such kind of issues, first you need to be sure, your printer is properly connected into your wifi network.
Now you need to reboot your printer and computer once, and then try to print something. Let’s see what do you get.
·         BROTHER printer is offline- if you get brother printer is offline error message. It could be due to the three basic reasons.
1.       You have not chosen the correct printer.
2.       Communication gap.
3.       Firewall system is blocking the printing jobs.
To fix such kind of problems, you need to select your brother printer as a default printer first. Now you should check the network settings on your brother printer. Make sure your printer and computers are connected through the same network.

·         Ink Label Is low: this error message indicates you have low ink into your brother printer. That’s why your printer is unable to print any document. In such case, you need to refill the ink cartridge or replace it with the new cartridge. Once you will do so. You should try to access the network again. I am sure your printer will start working fine.
