How do I setup the outlook account on the android phone?

·      First of all, you need to turn on the internet on the android phone.

·      Now go to the settings.

·      Click on the Accounts & Passwords.

·      Now click on the add account button.

·      Click on the outlook from the table.

·      Here, you need to enter the Outlook email address and click on the next button.

·      Press the Outlook password and click on the sign in button.

Now your account will be configured on the android phone. In case, Outlook does not work  on the android phone. you need to configure the account by using the instructions given below.

·      Open the outlook application.

·      Click on the Users & accounts.

·      Click on the add account.

·      Press the imap/pop3 accounts.

·      Here, you need to enter the email address and password.

·      Now choose the incoming server as IMAP server. type the address – imap.aol.com. Enter the port number 993 and enter the encryption type as SSL.

·      Now click on the outgoing servers. here, you need to enter the outgoing email address- smtp.aol.com. now enter the port number as 587 or 465. Choose the encryption type and click on the yes button.
